In order to renew as a notary public in Oklahoma, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be a legal resident of Oklahoma, or a non-resident employed in Oklahoma

• Be able to read and write English
• Not have been convicted of a felony
