Submission of your application is one of the easiest tasks you’ll complete all day. You can complete the entire process online. After you fill in your application, you will print the completed form and sign it, then either scan and email it, or fax it to us.

If you submit your application before noon, we send it to the state the same day*. From the point you submit your application, the 7 to 10 days start. The state takes 2 to 3 days to approve your application and send us your notary information, from there we use your commission information to make your new notary stamp and other products.

*Special Note: Renewals within 3 months of expiration will be sent the same day...renewals not within that time frame will be sent on the first day the application becomes eligible for renewal.
