Texas Notary Education
Beginning January 1, 2026,the State of Texas will implement mandatory notary education for new and renewing notaries.
Because of this change, we will no longer offer our online course. If you have purchased the course, you may continue to access it for educational purposes only to strengthen your knowledge. While our course remains a valuable resource, anyone looking to fulfill the new education requirement must take the course directly from the Secretary of State once it becomes available.
We will provide further updates once we receive more information from the Secretary of State’s Office.
