Office of the Secretary of State

Notary Public Unit

P.O. Box 13375

Upon receiving your updated address, the Secretary of State will send you important information regarding any changes in laws affecting notaries. In addition, they will send you an Application for Reappointment, which must be completed and sent back to them in order to maintain your notary public status. In the event of an address change, please contact our customer care department at (800) 821-0822 to ensure your notary information is up to date.
