We get many questions asking why we are taking so long to commission a notary. Unfortunately, we do not issue your commission. As a bonding agency, we assist you in the application process and ensure your application is complete. We provide guidance to ensure you complete your application correctly; such as, per the requirements of each state, mailing you back your bond to be signed, ensuring a wet ink signature, the swearing in process.
Once your application is completed per your state’s requirements, we submit it to the State (or your county). The state approves or denies your application and provides your commission certificate.
Once the state approves your application, they send us your commission certificate; with it, we can build your quality notary products.
