Oklahoma Notaries: What You Need to Know About SB1266

Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1266 hardens the Sooner State’s notary public laws by adding imprisonment in the county jail for up to one year for the crime of pretending to have expertise in giving legal advice on immigration or citizenship matters.
