How Do I Log in to My NPU Account?
To log in, first select the state and then click Log in / Register and enter your username or email address and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, first make sure:
- You're using the correct username or email address associated with your NPU account.
- Your password is entered correctly.
- Caps Lock isn't accidentally turned on.
If you still can't log in, try resetting your password by clicking Forgot Password.
Can I Log In Without a Username?
Yes. You may log in with your username or email address.
If you don't remember your username, try logging in with the email address associated with your NPU account.
Why Won't the Website Accept My Password?
First, make sure you're using the correct password and email address or username.
Also check:
- Caps Lock
- Extra spaces
- Spelling
- Whether your browser has automatically filled in an old password
If you're still unable to log in, use the Forgot Password option to create a new password.
I Forgot My Password. How Do I Reset It?
If you don't remember your NPU password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.
Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions in the password reset request email.
I Requested a Password Reset but Didn't Receive the Email. What Should I Do?
Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive your password reset email. Please do not request multiple, as the code does expire and the most recent code must be used. If the password reset request email doesn't appear in your inbox, check your:
- Spam or junk folder
- Trash folder
- Email spam filters
- Other folders or tabs where automated messages may be sorted
Also make sure the email address you're entering is the one associated with your NPU account. If you still don't receive your reset email, please email Customer Care for assistance. Password resets may only be completed via email.
I Just Reset My Password and It Still Won't Let Me Log In?
Sometimes after too many attempts, you may be stuck in a loop, try logging in using this link https://notarypublicunderwriters.com/logged-out#success.
If you continue to have issues, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
What If I No Longer Have Access to the Email Address on My Account?
If you remember your username/email and password, you may log into your account and update your email address by clicking My Account, Profile, and Edit Profile.
If you cannot recall your password and no longer have access to the email address on the account, contact Customer Care. We will reset your password and you may log in and update your email address in your account. Password resets may only be done via email.
For security reasons, NPU may need to verify that you are the account owner before making changes or providing access to an existing account.
Why Am I Getting an "Invalid Token" Error?
If you receive an "invalid token" message when trying to reset your password, you may be using an older password reset request email.
Each time a new password reset link is requested, the previous reset token becomes invalid. If you requested multiple password resets, open the most recently received email and use that link.
Tip: Avoid making multiple requests unless necessary. If you do request more than one, always use the link from the latest email.
How Do I Change My Password Once I'm Logged In?
After logging in, go to your account/profile and select Edit Profile to update your password.
How Do I Change My Email Address?
Log in to your account and select Edit Profile to update your email address.
Why Am I Being Logged Out Repeatedly?
If you're repeatedly being logged out, the problem may be related to your browser settings or cookies.
Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, closing and reopening your browser, and making sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
If the problem continues, try another supported browser or contact Customer Care.
What If My Account Appears to Be Locked?
If you're unable to log in after several attempts, don't continue repeatedly entering passwords.
Try resetting your password first. If you're still unable to access your account, contact NPU Customer Care for assistance.
