How Do I Access My Notary Application Documents After Purchase?
First, if you are still on the confirmation page, try downloading the document and opening it.
If you are no longer on the confirmation page, go to your account and select the Notary Application or Notary Bond tab to access and download your paperwork.
The documents available to you will depend on the product or service your purchased. If you still can't access your documents, contact Customer Care.
What Should I Use to Open My PDF Forms?
To make sure your bond and/or application forms are filled-in and display correctly, please open and complete them using Adobe (Adobe Acrobat Reader), not another PDF viewer.
Some PDF viewers, including Apple's built-in Preview app, don't support all the interactive fields in our forms. To avoid delays with your order, please use Adobe when filling out and printing any bond or application forms. Using another program may result in incomplete or improperly filled forms.
Why Can't I Download My Forms?
If you're able to see a document but can't download it:
- Refresh the page.
- Try another browser.
- Check whether your browser is blocking downloads.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try accessing the document from another device.
If you still can't download the document, contact Customer Care.
I Can Log In, but I Can't Find My Documents. What Should I Do?
If you're able to log in but can't find documents associated with a notary application, notary bond or order, check your account for the applicable notary application, notary bond or order section.
If you still can't locate your documents, contact Customer Care. Depending on the situation, NPU may be able to provide the documents using the email address on file.
I Made a Typo on My Application. How Do I Fix It?
If you notice a typo on your notary application, we recommend correcting the error using correction fluid, such as white-out, or you may download a new blank form from the Forms tab of our website.
My Bond Has the Incorrect Name or Date on it. How Do I Fix It?
Depending on the state you are applying in, we may need to issue you a new bond. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Can NPU Email My Documents to Me?
If you're unable to access your documents through your account, contact Customer Care.
Depending on the document and your order, the Customer Care team can let you know what options are available.
For security reasons, NPU may need to verify information before providing account-related documents.
